The procedure is aimed at the stipulation of a public-private partnership contract, to be carried out with project finance for the concession for the performance of energy requalification services, technological and regulatory adaptation, energy supply, operation and maintenance of public lighting systems and for the construction and management of infrastructures aimed at providing smart city services in favor of the Municipal Administration of Cairo Montenotte pursuant to art. 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter the Code), activating an EPC contract pursuant to Directive 2010/27CE and Ministerial Decree 102 of 04/07/2014.
