Provision of groceries in residential centres for elderly persons attached to the Autonomous Agency Residential Establishments for the Elderly in Asturia where, because they have their own staff, the catering activity is carried out directly without resorting to outsourcing the service, as well as advice permanent to the directorates of the same in the planning of subsistence allowances, implementation and development of working procedures in the kitchen and dining services, all in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications and clause 2.6.3.5 of the Governing Administrative Specification of this tender which defines the advisory work.
