Description:
Cash desk and access system indoor swimming pool Marktoberdorf

Renewal of the existing cash desk and access system in the indoor pool Marktoberdorf

In the indoor pool Marktoberdorf, which also has a sauna area and an outdoor area, the cash register and access system is to be renewed. Due to the advanced age of the existing POS system (about 30 years) from the manufacturer Scheidt & Bachmann, no existing components will be preserved. The POS system will now consist of two cash registers, a vending machine and two payment machines. At the main entrance, the so-called Point of Sale (PoS), as well as at the bistro, a cash register is to be installed. At both cash registers as well as at the vending machine, which is installed near the PoS, it must be possible to pay cashless, with cash and with an RFID medium. Programming such as credits, vouchers, bathing time, etc. must also be possible at the aforementioned payment stations. Up to 300 visitors/day can be expected in the building. Accordingly, sufficient media must be available for at least one day without personnel deployment. RFID wristbands are described as access medium in the following specifications. RFID cards are also requested for vouchers and prepaid cards, etc. If other media are offered, this must be recorded in a side offer. Access to the bathroom is to be regulated by means of a double turnstile and a group door, the sauna area by means of a single turnstile with group door. Since there is a direct connection from the bath to the sauna, an additional control terminal is attached to the doors of the sauna, where the use of the sauna can be controlled or booked. In addition, the bathroom and sauna area will receive an information terminal for reading the status of the RFID wristband. To store the valuables, the existing locker locks are replaced by locks that can be opened with the RFID medium. The escape routes must be ensured by means of an escape route terminal for the group doors. In order to prevent bypassing the turnstile in the sauna area and to continue to guarantee the escape route situation, an existing door must also be equipped with the necessary components for escape route control. The pipe infrastructure for the cash register and access system is manufactured on site according to plans to be drawn up. For example, it must be possible to take courses, book swimming times, buy vouchers, etc. via a web shop.
