Description:
Purchase of the first equipment based on the interior design project for the object "Piekarnia Sztuki - A place dedicated to the disabled, modernization of the "Dom na Kazimierzu" entered in the register of monuments

The subject of the contract is the purchase of the first equipment in accordance with the attached specification on the basis of the interior design project of arch. Jolanta Paszkowska, MSc, Eng., constituting an attachment to this application in accordance with the Project Co-financing Agreement under Priority Axis 11 Revitalization of the regional space of the Regional Operational Program of the Malopolska Region for 2014-2020, Agreement No. RPMP.11.04.00-12-0111/18-00-XVII/117/FE/20 of 19.01.2021. to the extent described in the Application Form, item C.2.3 Tasks and activities implemented in the Project, Measure 1.2.

Delivery of furniture equipment, custom-made furniture with built-in, office equipment, interior design equipment, household appliances

Partial task No. 1: Delivery of furniture equipment, custom-made furniture with built-in, office equipment, interior design equipment, household appliances

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) the service of making custom-made furniture along with their transport and assembly,

b) delivery and assembly of built-in household appliances,

(c) the supply of mobile equipment,

d) delivery and assembly of office equipment,

e) providing as-built documentation, i.e. a quantitative acceptance protocol specifying: the subject of delivery, a quantitative and valuable list (gross amount) of individual elements of equipment, warranty cards, certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity and instructions for the use of equipment.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as an attachment "PARTIAL TASK NO. 1 - SOPZ" and other documentation annexed to the SWZ

The names of manufacturers or trademarks used in the documentation serve only to clarify the subject of the contract and to define technical and functional standards as well as to define quality and technological standards. The Ordering Party allows offering products not inferior in terms of quality and technical parameters than products specified by the names of manufacturers, provided that the offered products have technical and quality parameters at least the same or better as the products indicated using the manufacturer's names in the documentation.

Note: Delivery of equipment and equipment will be possible not earlier than after the completion of construction works in the building being the place of performance of the subject of the contract. Therefore, (in the case of earlier readiness to deliver the assortment), the contractor must ensure storage on its own and at its own expense (the Ordering Party does not have space for storage / storage)

b) the supply and location of equipment,

c) providing as-built documentation, i.e. a quantitative acceptance protocol specifying the subject of delivery, a quantitative and valuable list (net / gross amount) of individual elements of equipment, warranty cards, certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity and instructions for the use of equipment

The names of manufacturers or trademarks used in the documentation serve only to clarify the subject of the contract and to define technical and functional standards as well as to define quality and technological standards.
