The contract governed by these special specifications includes all the supplies, services and works set out in their principles in these specifications and specified in the description report, as well as in any other contractual document.
The purpose of this undertaking is the works and supplies necessary for the installation of HVAC and low-voltage equipment in the technical rooms of various metro stations in the Brussels Region.
These include:
- The supply, installation, commissioning of production and distribution of chilled water in various stations of the metro network of the Brussels-Capital Region;
- The supply, installation and commissioning of EFC systems in various metro stations in the Brussels-Capital Region;
- The supply, installation, connection and commissioning of low-voltage electrical equipment, HVAC as well as the renewal of existing installations of data premises in various stations of the Brussels-Capital Region metro network;
- the installation of spot lighting fixtures;
- The punctual renewal of divisional tables;
- Small redevelopment of premises (masonry, painting, partitions);
- The supply and installation of control for the new installations mentioned above as well as the renewal of obsolete regulation of existing installations.

At the request of the contracting authority, these works may be carried out in various metro stations of the metro and pre-metro network of the Brussels-Capital Region. The tenderer shall take this aspect into account in its tender.

The tenderer's attention is drawn to the need to ensure the continuity of the commercial service and to respect the accessibility of the station's premises (see Article 79: Organization of the site of these specifications).
