The property of the Federal President's Office, with the Bellevue Palace built in 1786, the administrative building with the main guard erected in 1998 and the listed park restored in 2001, also known as the Federal President's Triangle, is to undergo a fundamental renovation and upgrade. The administration building is subject to copyright protection by the architect Gruber-Kleine-Kraneburg.
For the provision of planning services for technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI, system group 5 - telecommunications and information technology systems, cost group 456, the BBR is looking for a suitable engineering office with the field of activity technical equipment.
The construction project is a high-quality office or administration building in use, with high technical equipment and security requirements.
The building operation must also be maintained during the necessary construction work. For this reason, the construction work must be carried out in sections. The conceptual design of the construction phases is part of the scope of services during the design planning.
The estimated costs for cost group 450 amount to approx. Gross EUR 7 million.
The aim is to adapt the properties of the property to today's requirements and to convert them into a holistic, modern and energetically sustainable overall concept.
The overall construction project for the services in question is divided into 4 sub-construction projects:
- Sub-construction measure A: administration building (complete renovation and extension) cost group 450: approx. 980,000 EUR net,
- Sub-construction measure B: guard and control building (demolition and new construction) cost group 450: approx. EUR 3.8 million net,
- Partial construction measure C: Bellevue Palace (monument) (complete renovation and redesigning cost group 450: approx. EUR 1.0 million net,
- Sub-construction measure D: outdoor facilities (garden monument) (technical renovation and upgrading) cost group 450: approx. EUR 1.2 million net 2. Subject of the order,
- Service area: (e.g. property planning / TA with asset groups)
Planning services for technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI, plant group 5 - telecommunications and information technology systems, cost group 450 (fire alarm systems, access control systems, video surveillance, hazard management, X-ray systems, BOS radio systems, etc.), LPH 1 to 9 and special ones Services,
- Service profile: (LPH, special services) the scope of the planning services for the technical equipment includes LPH 1 - 9 as well as special services (step contract),
- Start / end of service provision: 2nd quarter 2020 to approx. End 2028.
A gradual award of the services is planned. However, there is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
