The purpose of this framework agreement is to regulate the acquisition of consumable materials to develop research tasks at the Foundation for Biomedical Research of Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda (hereinafter, FIBHUPH) in accordance with the stipulations established in this Administrative Clauses Document and in the Particular Technical Specifications Document. As a system of technical rationalization, it will include the determination of the awarded companies for each of the lots, from the catalogs presented with the specifications and unit prices of the products, as well as the general conditions of the supplies and basic terms to which the contracts based on the framework agreement will have to comply, which, depending on their amount, will require a second tender, since the framework agreement does not have all its terms defined.
