The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and maintaining tourist, educational and side use of the forest, to be carried out in the area of the Tułowice Forest District in the year 2022.

• Any formalities related to the exclusion of power and telecommunications lines along stands at the acquisition works shall be carried out by the contractor.

• Any formalities for securing traffic safety for the duration of the shearing of trees in the vicinity of the road lane are carried out by the contractor.

2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and maintenance of tourist, educational and by-use of the forest resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of :

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — List of places for lowering of seedlings

Annex No 3.7. — expected places and quantity of harvesting of seeds and cones

Annex No 3.8 — Statement of items with planned protection of raids and subplants

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5.-3.8. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.

7) The item of the order was divided into parts (“Package”)

Package no. 1 L.02/03/06 — Forestry: Głębocko, Gnojna, Dębina;

Package no. 2 L.01/04/05/12 — Forestry: Szydłowiec, Goszczowice, Grabin, Sosnówka;

Package no. 3 L.07/08/09/10 — forestry: St Hubert, Tułowice, Przechód, Kuźnica Ligock.

The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

8) The implementation of the work included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry — specific to the Package (“Package Implementation Area”). Indicated in Annexes No 3.1. — 3.3. and 3.6.-3.7. , the location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. (1), provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
