Performing as an independent expert:

• the financial statements (from 2022), consisting of interim and end-of-year audit, on the consolidated financial statements of ROC TOP resulting in a management letter and an audit report from which the auditor's statement follows.

• the funding check resulting in the Assurance report.

• number of separate controls to be determined for which ROC TOP is required to make available to the national government (ministries) and other grant providers an approving declaration. (on call)

• the natural advisory function in the extension of the audit and funding checks.

The size of the order is estimated at around €100,000 per year (including VAT). That amount is also the available budget. No rights can be derived from this amount.
