The Framework Agreement has as its objective the necessary benefits for the realization of opinion studies of interest to the City Council through surveys. Public opinion polls and other similar services are previous instrumental activities for the evaluation by the City Council of various aspects of the social reality of the city, as well as for the evaluation of municipal management and obtaining management indicators, of satisfaction and quality control of municipal services.
The Framework Agreement covers the following needs: the designation of the companies with which services may be contracted for public opinion polls and other similar services commonly used by the Barcelona City Council bodies and entities of the Municipal Group.
