Subject of the service is the provision of security services in the form of the separate guard service in the service buildings of the client and the provision of Torkontroll- and reception service in the service property Werderstraße of the client on the basis of these specifications and the security contract and in accordance with the DIN standard 77200.

If necessary, additional tasks may be added that result from security-related or organizational requirements of the Federal Office according to the guidelines of the administration.

The contractor takes over the property protection and after-sales service in the service building of the Federal Office for Freight Traffic (BAG), Werderstr. 34 and Kaiser Wilhelm Ring (KWR) 27-29 in 50672 Cologne. Further information about the service building can be found in the service description.

1) Object protection:

Within the framework of the property protection services to be provided by the contractor, the contractor provides security services in accordance with Section 3.2 DIN 77200. Thereafter, the contractor undertakes actions and measures for the protection of life, limb, health and property as well as other legal interests. The contractor should ensure that, in particular, unauthorized access to the service property outside business hours is precluded by guarding the property.

For this purpose, in particular in the context of tours outside the office hours through the service buildings in accordance with a common service instruction by the contractor to be checked whether an unauthorized access occurs. The details of guarding are regulated between the contractor and the client on the basis of a service instruction prior to commencement of the service provision and on the basis of these specifications. 2) Pursuit service:

During business hours, the contractor additionally and primarily with the property protection takes over the porter service. This includes the representative, care of visitors, external companies, suppliers and employees as well as the examination and granting of access permissions for this group of people.

The contractor also assumes the tasks assigned to him within the scope of reasonable assignments. These include in particular:

- briefing of rescue services and fire brigade in case of emergency,

- flag service in accordance with the Federal Government's command on the landing of 22.3.2005, or as ordered,

- operation of outdoor lighting,

- by arrangement: daily flushing every 72 hours from water supply points during a night tour (seven points of withdrawal, water supply points are for the AG sink, sinks and showers).

The contractor documents the tasks taken over by him in an electronic book.

The entries in the book are to be made chronologically. In the guard book special incidents as well as the initiated measures of the property protection / Pfortendienst are to be recorded. This also includes the notification of damage, the unauthorized access of unauthorized persons, the reference of unauthorized persons and comparable situations; see Tasks Object protection / Pfortendienst. The property protection / follow-up service registers in particular with the date and the beginning of the performance and at the end again.

The watch book also includes the evaluation of the control points from the guard control system and serves for quality assurance. It is to be kept for 10 years.

The electronic guard book should be kept on the internet enabled PC provided by the client. It is a simple software to use, which is compatible with the software and programs (for example, Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF in consideration) of the client and is accepted by the client.

The order has to be executed in compliance with the legal and technical standards without weapons use.
