Implementation of the OGS lunch catering at five schools in the city of Übach-Palenberg.

The total service is awarded in one lot and consists essentially of the individual services described in point II.2.4).

Implementation of the OGS lunch meals at five schools during school hours:

- Palenberg Community Primary School (currently 92 pupils);

- Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Frelenberg (currently 63 pupils);

- Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Boscheln (currently 105 pupils);

- Catholic primary school Scherpenseel (currently 57 pupils);

- Catholic primary school Übach (currently 87 pupils).

During the summer holidays, lunch is required in smaller numbers and at the following times:

- 1st - 2nd week: Catholic primary school Scherpenseel;

- 1st - 3rd week: Community primary school Boscheln (Lindenschule);

- 4th - 6th week: Catholic primary school Übach and community primary school Palenberg;

- 5th - 6th week: Community primary school Frelenberg.

Hot meals are provided in Gastronorm containers.

At the Catholic primary school Übach, warming devices are to be provided for the distribution of the food by the contractor.

- handling of the ordering system;

- Production and preparation of the food in the contractor's premises in compliance with the DGE quality standards, 5th edition, 1st corrected reprint 2022).

- Transport of the produced food to the aforementioned schools including cleaning of the required transport containers. The food is served by employees of the OGS.

- Disposal of leftovers generated at the respective schools in accordance with the relevant legal and hygiene regulations.
