The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organization of a foreign study visit for the staff programming and implementing the regional program European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027.

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organization of a foreign study visit for the staff programming and implementing the regional program European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027 involved in the implementation of the RPO WiM 2014-2020 as part of the preparation for the implementation of FEWiM 2021-2027, including the presentation of best European practices in the field of circular economy.

2. Pursuant to Article 139 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.

3. The Contractor shall not be obliged to submit together with the bid the statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the PPL.

4. The Ordering Party demands a deposit in the amount of: PLN 4500.

5. The bid bond shall be lodged before the deadline for submission of tenders and shall be maintained continuously until the date of expiry of the bid validity period, except for the cases referred to in Article 98(1)(2) and (3) and Article 98(2) of the PPL.

6. The bid bond may be paid at the choice of the Contractor in one or more of the following forms:

1) money;

2) bank guarantees;

3) insurance guarantees;

4) guarantees granted by entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 310, 836 and 1572).
