This consultation concerns the provision of services within the graphic chain. The descriptions of the services are defined in the special technical clauses. For the purposes of Article 12 of the Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts, the services will be divided into 3 lots designated below and will be the subject of separate contracts. The buyer resorts to concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator and a maximum in value under articles 78 and 80 of decree 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 relating to public contracts subject to the order of 23 July 2015 The framework agreement setting out all contractual stipulations is executed as and when issuing purchase orders. The maximum annual amounts excluding taxes for each lot are respectively set at: Lot No 1 Maximum amount: EUR 50 000 excluding taxes. Lot No 2 Maximum amount: EUR 60 000 excluding tax. Lot 3 Maximum amount: 20 000 EUR HT.
