New market dedicated to vegetation control work. It will consist of 3 lots:

Lot 1: RO and SVS unit perimeter: UP SVS (Sotteville Seine Valley) and UP RO (Rouen Océane) sectors.

Lot 2: CN and VB unit perimeter: UP CN (Normandy Coast) and UP VB (Vert Bocage) sectors.

Lot 3: Perimeter of the Normandy Infrapole: This lot includes the geographical sectors of lots 1 and 2 and covers all SNCF RESEAU lines in the Normandy region.

The work includes the following operations:

- the installation of construction sites, the development of access to work areas and all constraints inherent to accessibility to the site.

- manual and mechanical mowing of grasses

- Manual or mechanical brush clearing

- Hedge trimming

- Clearing of fences, noise barriers, block guards

- clearing of ditches.

- Clearing of OA brush

- tree dismantling (pruning)

- manual or mechanized tree felling

- tree pruning

- provision of a road or rail mechanical vehicle with its driver (spider excavator, crawler excavator, tire excavator, DRR) equipped with a tool on request

- Provision of a tree shredder, slope shredder, remote-controlled shredder

- Provision of trucks for evacuation

- emergency response

- the installation of temporary fences

- Collection and disposal of non-green waste.

- The installation of anti-vegetation tarpaulins.
