The purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement for the issuance, supply and management of dematerialised restaurant vouchers. This list is not exhaustive, the details of the services are mentioned in the consultation file. The contract was awarded in the form of a single-award framework agreement (1) with purchase orders, with a maximum non-binding amount of EUR 920 000 excluding tax for the overall duration of the contract. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of one (1) year. It may be extended, by express decision of Comutitres, for three (3) periods of one (1) year each, i.e. a maximum of four (4) years.

The purpose of the framework agreement is the issue, supply and management of dematerialized restaurant vouchers. It includes the following services: the delivery of cards (and codes) for the benefit of Comutitres agents; the reloading of cards into restaurant vouchers on order from Comutitres; the provision of a network of affiliated restaurateurs and traders allowing Comutitres agents to take their meals or buy food in exchange for dematerialized vouchers; card management: reloading, incident management (loss, theft, forgetting code, etc.), customer relations, etc.; the management of title replacements (change of vintage, change of support in the event of changes in the legislation in force, etc.); the provision of a secure beneficiary area (smartphone application / internet space) allowing agents to access essential functionalities related to the use of the card (balance consultations, transaction history, geolocation of affiliates, blocking of the card, reissue of the PIN code, etc.) and will also offer them innovative advantages; the provision of Comutitres with a secure management space allowing the management of the reloading of dematerialized securities; the provision to beneficiary agents of all the benefits and other services developed by the holder.
