1. The subject of the contract includes a comprehensive service of maintenance and maintenance of street lighting owned by the Municipality of S-c.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Electronic auction:
1. The Procurement provides for the conduct of an electronic auction referred to in Article 227(1) of the PPL.
2. After evaluating the bids, the Order shall conduct an electronic auction in order to select the most advantageous bid if at least 2 non-refusable bids are submitted. The electronic auction will be conducted on the purchasing platform available at https://umsosnowiec.logintrade.net/
3. The Order shall invite electronically to participate in the electronic auction at the same time all Contractors who have submitted bids not subject to rejection by sending an invitation to the e-mail address indicated by Wyk.w in the Offer Form, the template of which is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
4. The manner of conducting the electronic auction is specified in Annex 14 to the SWZ.

ECONOMIC OPERATORS JOINTLY APPLYING FOR THE AWARD OF A PUBLIC CONTRACT:
1. Economic operators may jointly apply for the award of a public contract. In such a case, the Contractors acting jointly are obliged to appoint a representative to represent them in the proceedings or to represent them in the proceedings and conclude a contract regarding the public contract in question. All correspondence shall be conducted by the Ordering Party only with an attorney.
2. The condition concerning the right to conduct a specific business or professional activity (if formulated) referred to in Article 112(2)(2) of the PPL shall be met if at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract has the right to conduct a specific business or professional activity and provides services for the performance of which these rights are required.
3. With regard to conditions relating to education, professional qualifications or experience (if formulated), Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract may rely on the capacities of those Contractors who will perform the services for which those capacities are required.
4. In the case referred to in Chapter I, paragraph 4, point 4.2. and point 4.3. SWZ, Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract shall attach to the bid a statement from which it follows which services will be performed by individual Contractors.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY THE ORDERING PARTY IN THE COURSE OF THE PROCEEDINGS:
Information on the protection of personal data collected by the Ordering Party in the course of the proceedings is contained in Chapter I, paragraph 17 SWZ.
TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE:
In the proceedings, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor takes place using the Platform for electronic order handling. An offer, a statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the PPL Act should be submitted under pain of nullity in electronic form or in electronic form with a trusted signature or a personal signature. Details of communication are described in Chapter VII of the SWZ.
