Within the Department of Laboratory Medicine (LG) of the UMCG, two pipette robots are now in use to perform the sample preparation of GC and LC/MS(MS) analyses. These systems have been depreciated. The GC and LC-MS(MS) analyses are not only used for diagnostics within the UMCG, but also for the diagnostics of external applicants from all over the Netherlands and abroad.
