Construction of the pump house, secondary clarifier equipment
The following services are to be provided, among others:
- Pump house:
• Construction of an excavation pit of 13.45 m x 11.05 m x 9.0 m (LxWxH) with 460 m² sheet piling and loosening holes
• Lowering of groundwater by means of deep wells and filter lances
• Construction of pump house in floor plan 7.60 x 8.60 m with ground floor and basement
• Basement made of reinforced concrete with a ceiling height of 3.90 m
• 335 m² formwork work including various recesses and cable bushings
• 65 m³ WU-Concrete, XA1, XC4, XD2, XF3, Feuchtigkeitsklasse WF
• 21.5 m³ Concrete, XA1, XC4, XD2, XF3, Feuchtigkeitsklasse WF
• 11 t reinforcing steel B 500 B
• 3 return slurry pumps (block pumps) with 61 m³/h - 255 m³/h and 1.6-7.0m head
•2 excess sludge pumps (eccentric screw pumps) with 10 l/s - 17 l/s and 11.0 m head
• Various stainless steel pipelines up to DN 300, including gate valves / fittings
• Ground floor as a steel construction with sandwich façade, upper edge of the roof 5.20 m above sea level
• Ventilation system
• Single-girder overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 0.5 t
- Secondary clarifier (d= 34m):
• Height-adjustable inlet structure with erection of a king's chair replacement structure
• Shield scraper with floating sludge removal (4 floor clearing blades, floating sludge clearing auger with trigger device, chassis with rack, scraper walkway as solid wall construction)
• Drainage channel with serrated weir and drain funnel made of stainless steel (length approx. 107 m, gutter width 0.5m)
- Distribution structure/sampling and measuring shaft:
• Installation of spindle plate gate valves (DN600/500) in distributor and sample measuring shaft
- Rohrleitungsarbeiten:
• Laying of underground pipelines, 52 m 560x33.2 SDR17 PE-HD
• Laying of underground pipelines, 103 m 710x42.1 SDR17 PE-HD
• Laying of underground pipelines, 45m 180x10,7 SDR17 PE-HD
• Laying of underground pipelines, 10 m 125x11.4 SDR17 PE-HD
• Laying of underground cable conduits PE-HD da110 of approx. 1,050m
• Construction of 7 underground cable protection shafts, base depth 2m below GOK
- EMSR technology
• Pressure measuring points on the pressure pipelines of the pumps
• Quality and flow measurements in pipelines and manholes
• Installation and equipping of EI&C cabinets (7 pieces à 800x600x2000, WxDxH) including the entire cabling of the electr. Equipment
• Construction of a central PLC for the sewage treatment plant
