The tender deals with the acquisition of operation, maintenance and support for Banedanmark's railway technical IT systems. The offering includes 24/7 operation and maintenance of data center and logic networks, including physical and virtual servers and applications, as well as nationwide logic networks, comprehensive firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and DWDM equipment, service desk and service integrator.
I. Background and purpose
Banedanmark is an agency under the Ministry of Transport with approximately 2500 employees, who are responsible for maintaining, renewing and expanding the railway so that it has a condition and capacity that makes it suitable to run trains in Denmark. Today, Banedanmark's IT systems are divided into railway technical IT systems and administrative IT systems. The tendered contract concerns services related to the railway technical IT systems and includes the operation and maintenance of own data centers and logical networks, as well as the Service Desk and Service Integrator, application operation and device user administration. In addition, the Supplier must provide other services, including ordering services and transition out. The services are provided to Banedanmark, but given the coherent nature of the railway networks, the other contracting entities will be listed under clause 100. I.1) via Banedanmark also purchase services covered by the Contract, cf. II.2.14.
II. Nuværende setup:

• 2 Vmware platforms including virtual networks, load balancers etc.
• Approximately 200-250 servers, most virtual ones run on VMWare/VXRail.

• MPLS based on Cisco and Nokia
• LAN including wifi based on Cisco
• Firewalls from multiple providers
Brugerenheder:
• Customer operating space concept (called BP-Machines) which includes 50 industrial PCs in approximately 18 different locations
Support:
Today, the customer's NOC performs support on the above technical setup and this service includes ITIL processes and service desk as well as service integration of the customer's many suppliers within railway technical IT systems

Equipment is purchased through SKI's framework agreements and is not part of the tender. Operation of the underlying physical network is offered separately.

Ad main virtue A):
The Supplier must carry out Transition Ind, including carrying out the activities in the transition that enable the Supplier to take over responsibility for the delivery of the services covered by the Contract, which includes, among other things, the transfer of knowledge as well as the setting up of the cooperation organization and processes.
Ad main virtue B):
The provider will provide operations and maintenance of data center infrastructure and applications including physical servers, virtual servers, database solutions, storage, Citrix and basic infrastructure solutions such as AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS and SCCM as well as continuous security of the overall data center infrastructure.
Ad hovedydelse C):
The supplier must provide operation and maintenance of logical networks including WAN, LAN and firewalls as well as continuous security of the network infrastructure.
Re main service D): The supplier must provide support services including a service desk, a monitoring function and a function for service integration of the customer's many suppliers as well as the implementation of relevant ITIL processes.
