Nasjonalbiblioteket [the National Library of Norway] shall be the country’s most foremost authority for collection, safekeeping and administration of Norwegian media.

The National Library of Norway hereby invites to a restricted tender contest for security guard services for the Library's premises in Oslo and Mo i Rana The area of the National Library in Rana is approx. 20 000 m2 and approx. 22 000 m2 in Oslo. The location in Rana will only require mobile security guard services. The location in Oslo requires mobile and stationed security guard services. The National Library of Norway is in a changing process with major increase in the number of exhibits and arrangements. The Library has recently opened a cafe in the premises in Oslo. The service providers must therefore be prepared for changes in relation to requirements. See also the permission to change the contract in accordance with point 17 given in NS8434:2008 (“General contractual terms for manual guard and security services”). These terms shall regulate the agreement between the successful tenderer and the National Library of Norway.
