The subject of the contract is the sale with the delivery to the Ordering Party of “standard” diesel (ON) intended for refueling of vehicles and combustion equipment of the Ordering Party, complying with the requirements of the standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on qualitative requirements for liquid fuels (“Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). The technical and chemical parameters of the diesel supplied shall not be inferior to those specified in the abovementioned standard and in Annex 3 to the Regulation. The scope of the object of the order includes the sale of 325,000 litres (estimated quantity) of diesel fuel along with the successive delivery to the Ordering Party.

1) The object of the contract is the sale with the delivery to the Ordering Party of diesel “standard” (ON) intended for refueling of vehicles and combustion equipment of the Ordering Party, complying with the requirements of the PN-EN590+A 1:2017 -06and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9 2015 r.on the qualitative requirements for liquid fuels (i.e., OJ U.z2015r.poz.1680) .Technical and chemical parameters of the diesel supplied may not be inferior to those specified in the abovementioned standard and Annex No.3 to the Regulation.The scope of the object of the order includes sale325000 liters (estimated quantity) of diesel fuel together with successive delivery to the Ordering Authority.The quantity of diesel fuel determined by the Ordering Party is an estimated quantity and therefore may be reduced, subject to the fact that the Contracting Authority guarantees the purchase of at least 90% of the total amount of oil propulsion referred to above.Due to the failure of the Contractor to realize the estimated quantity of diesel in full, subject to the guaranteed quantity of the Contractor will not be entitled to a compensation claim.2) Place of execution of the order:a) ground tank with a capacity of 5000 litres, equipped with a dispensing device located on the grounds of Zakurzewo Waste Management Plant near Grudziądz, b) a ground tank with a capacity of 5000litres, equipped with a dispensing device, located in the area of the Water Treatment Station in Grudziądz, at ul.Hallera79.3) Requirements for how execution of the order:a) The delivery of the ON will be carried out by the Contractor's transport, b) The delivery of the ON will be carried out by autocysterns at the disposal of the Contractor, meeting the requirements laid down in the Act of 19August2011r.o of the transport of dangerous goods (i.e., OJ U.z2021r.poz.756ze.) equipped in legalized equipment for measuring the amount of fuel discharged into the Contracting Authority (for each unit delivery, the Contractor must provide a certified copy or original of the current certificate of legalization of the autocystern flow meter] (c) The supply of ON will be carried out in batches, at cost and risk Contractors, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party (5-8times per month) in an estimated average quantity4500litres at one time, on the basis of a unit order placed to the Contractor electronically. The Contractor shall carry out unit delivery within 24hours from the date of receipt of the order, whereby The Contractor is obliged to confirm the acceptance of the order.Submission of orders and deliveries will occur on working days—i.e.Monday to Friday at 7.00-14.00, excluding statutory days off work, d) To each of the one-time deliveries the Contractor will be obliged to provide the quality certificate of the manufacturer ON—atest should be linked to the proof of delivery or issue by affixing the delivery or issue number on it, shall contain: number, date of issue, name of ON, name of the unit issuing the quality certificate, date of receipt of ON and results of the ONe test) The Contracting Party reserves itself the possibility to make a sampling inspection of the supplied ON in terms of quality and compliance with the quality certificate provided, by transferring the sample ON for examination to an independent accredited laboratory) The order will only be deemed to have been completed when the ON is pumped into the Contracting Authority's tank and confirmation by him of the quantity ONg) The proof of supply ON will be the WZ document issued by the Contractor, in which the actual amount of fuel accepted into the ground fuel tank.The document will be signed by the employee The contracting person and the autocyster.Inscribed and confirmed by the abovementioned persons the amount of fuel accepted will form the basis for the issuance of invoiceVAT.Detailed conditions for the receipt of fuel, price and payment conditions, are discussed in the contract template, as set out in Annex No. 5 to SWZ, h) does not provide for prepayment of comparatively advances for the implementation of the object of the contract.
