this notice concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders relating to “expertise and repair of NATO nomenclature spare parts (naval spare parts of specific design) "in accordance with the provisions of articles L2325-1.1° and R2362-1 to R2362-6 and R2362-8 of the Public Order Code (CCP).

The Framework Agreement is mono-attributable.

It is part of a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-11 of the CCP.

It includes a provisional portion for orders for supplies or services intended to meet any technical hazards pursuant to articles R2372-19 to R2372-21 of the CCP.
