Project management service for the construction of new infrastructures on the CEA / Gramat detonation experimental sites.

This market includes three stations with two sub-stations one firm and one optional:

- station 1: site A:

—— sub-item 1.1: studies of site A (firm part);

—— sub-item 1.2: monitoring of the construction for site A (optional part);

- station 2: site B:

—— sub-item 2.1: detailed study and calculation note (firm part);

—— sub-item 2.2: assistance in the notification of performance contracts (optional part);

- station 3: analysis building:

—— sub-item 3.1 study of the analysis building (firm part);

—— sub-item 3.2: monitoring of the implementation for the analysis building (optional part).

Works to be carried out:

- works on site A: closed and independent worksite decree 94:

—— construction of a TCE tertiary building of approximately 70 m 2 reinforced concrete;

—— construction of a TCE storage building in a metal frame and cladding on a concrete slab of approximately 300 m 2 ;

—— construction and redevelopment of roads and various networks (fluid and electricity);

—— realization of pit and tank;

—— construction of a concrete slab 30 m × 30 m;

—— renovation of a few small buildings;

- work on site B:

—— construction of a removable modular building in reinforced concrete of about 200 m 2 ;

—— modification of an existing slab to accommodate the building (if necessary);

—— construction of two or three TCE type Algéco buildings improved to measure;

—— bring in utilities (electricity, water, drainage, etc.);

- works on site C:

—— construction of a metal frame / cladding building on a TCE concrete slab or renovation of an existing building;

—— concerned trades:

——— earthworks and VRD;

——— structural work and waterproofing;

——— metal frame and cladding;

——— Finishing work and secondary trades type: carpentry, locksmithing, painting and floor covering;

--- electricity;

——— CVC.
