The purpose of the procurement is to find a cooperation partner for the conclusion of the framework contract, which, on the basis of the orders of the vendor, will develop and integrate the components of the procedural software partially developed for the purposes of the existing guarantees, loans and grants, as well as develop and integrate the software solution by which the vendor can process incoming loan applications and manage the portfolio of claims and liabilities, alternatively grants the vendor a license for the corresponding existing finished software, undertakes further development if necessary and integrates it with the existing information systems of the vendor of the finished software.
