Development of the Project for the construction of: sanitary sewage system with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 5-05-21-004-1 and 5-05-22-170-1 Poznań – sanitary sewage system in the area of Nowe Kotowo Street and water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-15-103-1 Poznań – water supply network in B. Lerczakówny Street
and
performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the day of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.
Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract and all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by "Aquanet" SA constituting the basis for design.
3.1. The subject of the contract is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of the design documentation, technical specifications for performance and acceptance of construction works and functional and utility program (design documentation including landscaping project, architectural and construction and technical) for the construction of:
sanitary sewage network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 5-05-21-004-1 and 5-05-22-170-1 Poznań – sanitary sewage system in the area of Nowe Kotowo Street together with obtaining a final decision on a building permit / notification of construction works along with obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the application for construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for of the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to be decided by the Contractor) separately for each of the 4 stages indicated in accordance with Annex 6 to the issued technical conditions, letter number DW / IBM / 345/11286/2023 of 01.02.2023.

Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to the Contractor's decision)
