HKU is looking for a single Contractor who provides the cleaning of its buildings as a results-oriented service for daily and periodic cleaning and can ensure that the property users perceive the premises as clean.

In addition, the Assignment also includes glass washing and occasional and emergency cleaning work on call. Occasional cleaning work is understood but not limited to: remodeling cleaning, cleaning curtains, deep cleaning (fixed) sofas and chairs and the like. Emergency cleaning means unplanned occasional cleaning, which is required due to unforeseen circumstances, such as after leakage.
