Description:
The provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in Gaszowice Municipality

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste arising in households and from owners of property where residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created from the Gaszowice Municipality (hereinafter the Municipality), excluding waste related to the conduct of business activities. The subject of the contract shall include inhabited and uninhabited properties set out in the Annex to the SWZ.

I. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection and management of municipal waste generated in households and from owners of real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated from the area of the Gaszowice Commune (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality), excluding waste related to business activity. The subject of the contract includes inhabited and uninhabited real estate specified in the Annex to the SWZ. The subject of the contract will be implemented through: 1. Equipping 2 multi-unit properties with containers with a capacity of 1100 liters for collecting slags and ashes (6 pieces of containers). 2. Organization of municipal waste collection (segregated and non-segregated). 2.1. Collection of municipal waste directly from inhabited and uninhabited properties will be divided into: a) waste from selective waste collection – 1 time every 4 weeks: - glass – green bag or container (colored glass), - paper – blue bag or blue container, - metals, plastics, multi-material waste into one container or yellow bag. b) non-segregated waste - mixed: - single-family buildings - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in the remaining months 1 time every four weeks, - uninhabited real estate on which there are public utility facilities or used for business activity - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks, - from the property on which there is a summer house or other property used for recreation and leisure purposes - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in the remaining months 1 time every four weeks, - multi-unit buildings - 1 time per week from April to October, and in other months 1 time every two weeks. c) large-size municipal waste collected from residential areas – (i.e. m.in.: old furniture, prams, household appliances including boards, mattresses, etc.) – 1 time every six months, d) biodegradable waste – brown container: - single-family buildings - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in the remaining months 1 time every four weeks, - uninhabited real estate on which public utility facilities are located or used for running a business - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in the remaining months 1 time every four weeks, - from the property on which there is a summer house or other property used for recreation and leisure purposes - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in the remaining months 1 time every four weeks, - multi-apartment buildings - 1 time per week from April to October, and in the remaining months 1 time every two weeks. e) waste electronic and electrical equipment, used tires from residential areas – 2 times a year, f) collection of construction and demolition waste (from minor home renovations) – 2 times a year from containers set up by the waste collection company at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (min. 3 containers), g) ashes and slags from inhabited and uninhabited areas – 1 time every 4 weeks (in months: January – May and September-December), h) hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, batteries and accumulators, used textiles and clothing and waste not qualifying for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes – at least 1 time per year from a container set up at the Municipal Point of Selective Waste Collection Municipal
