The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and forest semination, work related to the maintenance of tourism and educational infrastructure, work related to the cleaning of forest areas, to be carried out in the area of the Novgorod Forest Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the object of the order includes total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and forest semination, work related to maintenance of tourism and educational infrastructure, work related to the cleaning of sites forestry resulting from Annex No 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
