The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide multi-technical maintenance for the benefit of the Centre de l'Yvette d'ensta Paris. The Framework Agreement is divided into two parts. The first relates to the maintenance of electrical installations and the second to the maintenance of climatic and hydraulic installations. Each batch has two stations for preventive and corrective maintenance

The purpose of this lot is the maintenance of the high-voltage electrical installations of the EDF distribution substation, the transformer substation, the General Low Voltage Switchboard (Tgbt), the distribution panels and assistance during the mandatory periodic inspections of the Yvette d'ensta Paris center. This lot is broken down into two items:- Fixed item 1: Preventive maintenance- Purchase order item 2: Corrective maintenance

The purpose of this lot is the maintenance of the climatic and hydraulic installations: CARRIER chilled water production units, chilled water distribution network, air handling units (ATCs), air conditioning, controlled mechanical ventilation, industrial water production and networks, city water networks, domestic hot water tanks and fire hydrant of the center of the yvette d'ensta Paris.The lot is divided into two items, As follows:- Fixed item 1: Preventive maintenance - Item 2 to purchase orders: corrective maintenance
