Integrated service for assessment and treatment of adults with Learning Difficulties.

The requirement is for an integrated service to provide an inpatient assessment and treatment service and a community-based enhanced assessment and treatment service, for adults with Learning Difficulties. The service will be used for patients from NHS North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning group, NHS West Norfolk Clinical commissioning Group and NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group. The resulting contract is for a 5 year term to 31.3.2021 with a 2-year extension option thereafter.
