1. The subject of the proceedings is carried out as part of the project "Improving the quality and availability of oncological diagnostics and oncological treatment at the Medical University Hospital", implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Effectiveness, availability, and quality of the healthcare system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of high-specialized care centers and other healthcare entities".
2. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d to the Terms of Reference (ToR), hereinafter referred to as "equipment," along with installation and training of the Contracting Authority's staff.
3. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1:
a) Robotic system (1 piece)
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a to the ToR;
b) Disposable accessories for this system
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4b to the ToR
Part 2:
a) Intraoperative parathyroid identification system (1 piece)
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to the ToR;
b) Single-use probes
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4d to the ToR
4. The equipment mentioned above must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d to the ToR. Failure to meet even one of the boundary conditions specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d to the ToR will result in the rejection of the offer.
