3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of fuels including the supply of diesel oil (ON), unleaded ethyline (Pb 95) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the Contracting Authority's company cars through sale in a network of public petrol stations throughout the country (at least one station in each province), including at a distance of no more than 30 km from each plant located in Radziądz, Gmina Krośnice is bordered by the gminas of Ruda Sułowska, Stawno, Potasznia and Krośnice, according to the following assumptions:

a) the estimated amount of diesel oil is 20,000.00 liters (in words: twenty thousand liters),

(b) the estimated quantity of unleaded ethyline Pb 95 is 55 000.00 litres (in words: fifty-five thousand litres),

c) the estimated amount of LPG is 29,000.00 liters (in words: twenty-nine thousand liters),

d) The Contractor will provide the possibility of daily refueling at its stations 24h/day,

(e) the sale of fuels will be carried out cashless with the use of fuel cards, the total of which

The purchased fuels referred to in point 1 shall comply with the requirements set out in:

a) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314),

b) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 28 May 2021 on quality requirements for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1293),

c) PN standard - EN 228+A 1:2017 -06 Fuel for motor vehicles. Unleaded gasoline. Test requirements and methods,

(d) standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 Fuel for motor vehicles. Diesel oils. Test requirements and methods,

e) standard PN-EN 589:2019-04 Fuel for motor vehicles LPG. Requirements

(f) and test methods,

(g) in accordance with applicable law, in the event of a discrepancy between the standards and the regulation, the Regulation has an overarching value.
