The contract concerns the construction of a set of 13 buildings, representing more than 200,000 square meters of surface in Work. The overall lead time for the work (in progress) is approximately 5 years. These works are allocated both geographically, in 4 blocks, and technically, in macro-lots and separate lots (see presentation grid of lots at Ccap). Lots starting with "0" refer to transversal lots covering several geographical blocks. The project integrates a proactive environmental approach of the CHU (energy performance, geothermal energy, low-nuisance construction site, etc.) and a professional integration approach for people in difficulty in cooperation with Nantes Métropole.
