Services for organizational development are advertised in two lots. In each case, a framework agreement is concluded with up to three economic operators on a lot-by-lot basis. The evaluation criteria for the selection of the framework contract partners will be communicated after the end of the competition.

Interested parties are invited to submit an application for participation in batches. Interested parties can apply for both lots, but interested parties will only be admitted to the further competition for one lot. The contracting authority will first evaluate Lot 1 and then Lot 2. If a company has applied for both lots, if it has successfully qualified for Lot 1, the company will be automatically excluded with the application to participate in Lot 2. Affiliated companies that meet the requirements of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) constitute a company within the meaning of the tender documents. It follows that various companies that are affiliated companies pursuant to Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act can only successfully apply for one lot.

Lot 1 covers the range of small and medium-sized projects. Small and medium-sized projects are characterized by the following parameters:

- Duration of a maximum of three months;

- Requirement of a maximum of two different roles;

- regular restriction of the task to one organizational unit within AOK BW;

- no need for project management.

Lot 2 covers all organizational development projects that are not covered by Lot 1.

- Requirement of a maximum of two different roles;

- regular restriction of the task to one organizational unit within AOK BW;

- no need for project management.
