The Kommunale Entwicklungsgesellschaft Siegen mbH (KEG) and - for a subordinate part of the parking facilities - the University City of Siegen (city) transfer the management, organization and support of parking facilities to the contractor. An overall contract will be awarded for all parking facilities, whereby in the event of an award, separate contractual relationships between the client and KEG and the city will be established for their respective parking facilities.

On the part of the KEG, multi-storey car parks (between 320 and 584 parking spaces per multi-storey car park), a public parking pallet with parking ticket machines, four public car parks with parking ticket machines and two residents' parking pallets will be the subject of the contract.

The city is involved in the award with a parking lot with a barrier system and currently 33 parking ticket machines in the city area.

The contract includes, in particular, the operation of parking handling technology, certain cleaning services, maintenance and other caretaker services (especially for the multi-storey car parks) as well as the management of long-term parkers. An on-site presence on weekdays (6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays beyond that until 10:00 p.m.) is required at a head office provided by the client (KEG) in one of the multi-storey car parks.

The Kommunale Entwicklungsgesellschaft Siegen mbH (KEG) and the University City of Siegen (city) entrust the contractor with the management of the parking facilities listed in the list of properties (tender document B01-1, available at the Internet address mentioned in section I.3). The scope of services includes the management, organization and support of the parking facilities.

The Contractor shall provide the basic services as well as special services in accordance with Section B of the Terms of Service (available at the Internet address referred to in Section I.3).
