Accessory cleaning service to be carried out in the territory of the Municipality of Pesaro with the "Cantoniere di quartiere" mode
The services that are the subject of this contract are briefly the following:
— principal service also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: execution of the additional service of control of the cleanliness and decorum of the city (eg cleaning of the road near the ecological islands, collection of any abandoned materials, disinfection of road bins stations, maintenance of green areas, cleaning of guano, occasional and limited cleaning of road drains and grids, emptying, as needed, of the baskets throws papers, maintenance of horizontal and vertical green with the use of platforms, construction and maintenance of wooden structures, small road maintenance works, disinfestation, etc. etc.), all as per Special Tender Specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference is made ob relationem.
— secondary service within the meaning of Art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016: there are no secondary services.
The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium must be specified.
The contract will have a duration of 2 (two) years, with the option of renewal under the same economic-contractual conditions, as the client's faculty, for a further 1 (one) annual period.

The presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum estimated amount on the basis of the tender for the contractual period of 2 (two) years, is established as Euro 475,506.88 (four hundred and seventy-five thousand five hundred and six/88) of which Euro 1,266.88 (one thousand two hundred and sixty-six/88) for security charges not subject to reduction), plus VAT.
