Provision of cleaning services in North Somerset and surrounding areas, including communal areas, void properties, and an extra care housing scheme.
Cleaning Services (597-AHL). This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes and known as ‘The Alliance Homes Group’. This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group. This procurement is for the provision of services related to cleaning services within the North Somerset, and surrounding area such as Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Sedgemoor local / unitary authority areas. The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 3 lots as follows:Lot 1 Cleaning of communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning and external window cleaning.Lot 2 Cleaning of void propertiesLot 3 Cleaning of Tamar Court extra care housing schemeThe duration of the Cleaning to communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning and external window cleaning Cleaning to approximately 94 communal areas, 3 site offices and 5 learning and development properties (carpets only). Office cleaning (currently 2 offices). Window cleaning services to approximately 108 properties including sheltered schemes, general needs blocks and offices. Cleaning of void properties Cleaning of approximately 600 void properties per year. Cleaning of Tamar Court extra care housing scheme Provision of onsite cleaning service for communal & staff areas in a three storey extra care housing scheme consisting of 65 flats.
