The assignment consists of 1.5 times cleaning all the swirks within the municipality every year. This means in concrete terms, the contractor does a full round of churning in the period March/April/May and in addition a half round of churning (for example, central areas and main roads) in the period October/November/December. In the event of incidents, the field service of the municipality occasionally picks up a clock if it is necessary that it must be cleaned. In addition to swirling, the (mini) ground and the ground at the edge facilities also have to be cleaned once a year. The edge devices must also be cleaned. In addition, the occasional cleaning and inspection of the sewers is part of this agreement. In recent years, the contracting authority has renewed or cleaned and inspected a large part of its sewage system. It is therefore not necessary to clean/inspect part annually.
The contracting authority shall follow a European public procedure for the tender.
The open procedure means that any interested party who meets the set requirements may submit a registration and may participate in the award of the contract. The tenderers must realize that their offer is once and final with the registration that is submitted. The public procedure does not provide any room for conducting negotiations.
The main language during the tender procedure, during contracting and during the execution of the contract is Dutch. All documents of both the tenderer and the contracting authority are written in Dutch, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this request for quotation.
The contracting authority reserves the right at any time to stop or unilaterally withdraw the procurement procedure (interim).
