Cafcass is seeking to engage the services of a suitable health and wellbeing plan provider to support its award-winning approach to staff health and wellbeing. The plan will need to meet the following requirements:

— access to a range of health and wellbeing treatments which can be claimed for by members of staff up to a maximum benefit limit,

— members to have access to an app for ease of claiming benefits,

— national coverage of all the above, to ensure every member of staff from each of Cafcass’s offices across England can benefit from the plan,

— as a minimum the tenderer will provide quarterly reports showing KPI data and service use by area,

— access to an online administration portal to view real time data of members and make changes to staff memberships,

— provision of a range of services which contribute to financial wellbeing such as discounts, reduced rates, etc.
