Fredensborg Municipality offers a contract for the establishment and operation of a Lynlader Park. The fast charger park must be publicly accessible to all types of electric cars.  The area on which Lynladerparken will be established is part of the parking lot, which is located by the Town Hall in Kokkedal. Fredensborg Municipality does not co-finance the installation or operation of the fast charging stations, which is why this tender only includes the possibility of renting the area under the criteria stated in this tender material. The area is approx. 345 m2 and constitutes the southern part of the matr.nr. 42a Brønsholm By, Karlebo, which is the City Hall's staff parking lot.
