Construction of a centralized sewage sludge treatment unit with a capacity of 40,000 equivalent/inhabitants. The services due under the contract are:

— the technical-economic study of the construction of the new sludge treatment line located at the Thumeries sewage treatment plant site, with an average capacity of 40 000 EH;

— modifications to existing installations;

— the connection of various networks;

— the creation and/or modification of access;

— the creation of a permit to construct works, as well as any other documents necessary for its instruction;

— the carrying out of the implementation studies, the corresponding technical plans and specifications, the operating instructions and the detailed functional analysis, their transmission to the contractors and contractors and their modification in accordance with the observations made by the latter;

— declarations and administrative authorisations related to the works;

— the preparation of the construction site, including construction facilities and the life base, the findings of bailiffs;

— the construction of the civil engineering and equipment of all works forming part of the sludge processing sector;

— the supply and installation of all the electrical, electronic, automation and remote management equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the new installations;

— the provision and implementation of external facilities and wetland compensation;

— restoration of the premises;

— the completion of all the tests, tests and tests described in the technical and administrative clauses;

— the development of the settings and the start-up of the entire installation;

— the provision of a harvesting record and analysis of the failure modes of their effects and criticality.

For information purposes, the estimated expenditure is EUR 1 500 000 excluding VAT (non-contractual amount).
