The order is implemented as part of the project "A comprehensive project of forest and forestry adaptation to climate change - low retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas".

The project is co-financed from funds from the European Community budget (Cohesion Fund) under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020).

The subject of the order is the execution of construction works in accordance with the technical documentation possessed by the Employer, technical specifications of performance and acceptance of works (STWIOR), permits, contract and SIZW and preparation of as-built documentation, including surveying, for the following tasks (parts) - three tasks with codes awarded by the Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects (CKPŚ):

Planned to be implemented by the Polanów Forest District. Plots planned for construction are located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Koszaliński poviat.


Task no. 1: Code according to CKPŚ 11-24-1.1-01 Reconstruction of the reservoir by reconstruction of dikes with a stone transfer plot No. 285 Świerczyna, commune of Polanów, rural area.

This is a repeated procedure. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 and 2 PZP. The subject of the order is execution of construction works in accordance with the technical documentation possessed by the Employer, technical specifications of performance and acceptance of works (STWIOR), permits, contract and SIZW as well as preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic, for the task (part) - about code assigned by the CKPŚ: 11-24-1.1-01, reconstruction of the reservoir by rebuilding a causeway with a stone transfer plot no. 285 Świerczyna, commune Polanów rural area, planned for implementation under the measure "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas "by the Polanów Forest District. Plots planned for construction are located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Koszaliński poviat. The map of the forest inspectorate constituting Annex 13 to the ToR, illustrates the locations of individual tasks. The detailed location is described in the design documents attached to the SIZW, prepared for individual tasks constituting attachments No. 2 to the ToR. Technical specifications of performance and acceptance of works for the abovementioned tasks are Annexes 3 to the ToR.

The contractor, before submitting the subject of the contract for final acceptance, is obliged to carry out the geodetic as-built at his own expense, make technical inspections and necessary tests, etc. and measurements by authorized bodies. In addition, the contractor undertakes to submit approvals, technical approvals, declarations of conformity for embedded materials, equipment and devices in accordance with the as-built inventory. The works can not be carried out from 01/04 to 31/08. (breeding period of birds).

The Contractor may entrust the execution of a part of the contract to subcontractors, however, based on art. 36a, the contracting authority reserves the obligation of the contractor to perform personally the key parts of the contract in the scope of: construction works in the field of water-meliorative and hydro-technical facilities.

Where reference is made in the project documentation to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 30 para. 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the orderer accepts the offer of materials or equivalent solutions provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than the aforementioned documentation. Equivalence should be understood as guaranteeing that the order will be executed in accordance with the description of the subject of the order and will ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than the aforementioned documents. In connection with the above, the Employer allows the possibility of offering products with other trademarks, patents or origin, but not with other properties and functionalities than specified

In the documentation. According to art. 30 para. 5 pzp, the Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Employer, is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer.

In the case of offering solutions equivalent to the solutions specified in the project documentation, the contractor is obliged to fulfill the requirement under art. 30 para. 5 Public Procurement Law.

The Contractor bears full responsibility for the organization and implementation of the construction process in such a way that the assumed objectives are achieved with the maximum possible minimization of damages in the forest environment.

Determination of commuting and area used to carry out works must be absolutely agreed with the representative of the Employer. The Contractor is responsible for the methods used to complete the construction works and the final final result. The orderer requires at least a 5-year guarantee


Task No. III: Code according to CKPŚ 11-24-1.1-03 Reconstruction of dike at the place of overflow screen from geomembrane with stone transfer, plot no.510, area Wietrzno, Polanów, rural area

This is a repeated procedure. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 and 2 PZP. The subject of the contract is execution of construction works in accordance with the technical documentation possessed by the Employer, STWIOR, permits, contract and SIZW and preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic, for the task (part) - code assigned by CKPŚ: 11-24 -1.1-03 Reconstruction of dikes, 50m wide, 3m high, high in the place of overflow 2.25 m, screen from a geomembrane, thickness 1.5 mm, height: 2.0-1.0 m, with a stone overflow, length 10.9 m, plot no. 510, the commune of Polanów is a rural area, planned to be implemented as part of the "Comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas" by the Polanów Forest District. Task no. IV: Code according to CKPŚ 11-24-1.2-01 Construction of nine (9) release thresholds in the form of a palisade on existing drainage ditches in the Wierzchlas and Zacisze forest districts.

This is a repeated procedure. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 and 2 PPL. Subject of the order construction works are carried out. in accordance with the possession of the Order. document. technical support, STWIOR, permits, contract and SIZW, and preparation of a document.
