The construction project is the replacement of the Schillerschule in Bürstadt. The Schillerschule is a primary school with about 600 pupils. On a GFA of approx. 7,500 m² on 3 full floors, 24 classrooms, multi-purpose and care rooms as well as the school administration, as well as technical rooms are being built. The building will be built in solid construction, mainly in reinforced concrete and masonry, with a flat sloping roof / flat roof and has a gross volume of approx. 31,700 m³. During the construction period, school operations and administration will be outsourced to a container module facility.

The services to be commissioned here include the sewage, water and gas systems according to DIN 18381 with the following scope:

- 850 m of soundproofed PP pipe including moulded and connecting parts DN 50-100

- 268 m soundproofed PP pipe including DN 100 fittings and fittings for rainwater pipes in the building

- 1,178 m TW pipeline stainless steel DN 15-80 including moulded and connecting parts, fittings, thermal insulation and fire protection penetrations

- 7 hygienic flushing devices including controls

- 5 pieces of instantaneous water heater and accessories

- 155 sanitary objects including carrying frames and accessories

- 89 pre-wall systems floor-to-ceiling h=3.70 m
