A detailed written offer is expected. Your offer should include the following information:

• A concept of the approach, method and timetable,

• detailed cost plan,

• Proof of at least two years of experience in energy management, energy saving and energy supply; Energy-efficient renovation of buildings; urban development, urban redevelopment or neighbourhood management; the real estate and housing industry,

• Deployment of personnel (proof of the qualifications of the intended employees), designation of project manager and contact person, proof of the entry of at least one employee of renovation management in the "List of Energy Efficiency Experts for Federal Funding Programmes", at least in the category "Energy-efficient construction and renovation (KfW)", alternatively involvement of external consultants with this proof of qualification by the Contractor and in coordination with the Client,

• 2 references and information on the nature and scope of comparable activities or contracts in the last three years,

• information on the company's total turnover in the last three financial years,

• Declaration of payment of taxes and duties as well as contributions to statutory social security,

• a signed copy of these terms and conditions
