This procurement will realize the acquisition of laboratory consumables - Lot I and Lot II, for the Regional Water Quality Laboratories in Bacău, Cluj, Mureș, Râmnicu Vâlcea, and the National Water Quality Laboratory in Bucharest belonging to the National Administration 'Apele Române', in accordance with the requirements and description in the corresponding specifications. The procurement is conducted under the project 'Development of a national laboratory to improve the monitoring of substances discharged into water and the quality of drinking water', Stage II, funded under PDD, code SMIS 322548. A financing contract no. 110/09.10.2024 has been signed for the implementation of this project by the Ministry of Environment, Waters, and Forests as the lead, the Ministry of Health as Partner 1, and the National Administration 'Apele Române' identified as Partner 2. The proposed lots for this procurement of products are resumed following their cancellation in the procurement initiated in 2023 by participation announcement CN1057066/07.07.2023 and completed by procedure report no. 27505/MM/07.11.2023. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days until clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.'
