This tender process is to appoint service providers to be part of a framework of experienced technical specialists that will be used by WRAP to deliver technical support to local authorities across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland undertaking waste collections and recycling services.

The framework will have 2 lots as below:

Lot 1: Supporting local authorities in making service changes and improvements to waste management and recycling services.

Lot 2: Supporting local authorities in the commissioning of waste collection and recycling services.

Technical advice expertise and support to local authorities associated with the review of waste collection services.
