The project involves the extension of the Sparkassen-Verbandsgebäude Westfalen-Lippe (SVWL) northwest of the centre of Münster. On the property there are other buildings that serve the Sparkassenakademie Münster for training purposes. The extension is carried out by the addition of an office building with six above-ground floors. The extension is directly adjacent to the existing building, which was built in 2016. The building is based on piles, as well as built in solid construction as reinforced concrete construction with partial element ceilings, flat roof and façade with facing masonry.
For parts of the items to be offered, a material price sliding clause (ready-mixed concrete, reinforcing steel) is agreed in accordance with Form 225.
The tender includes work on explosive ordnance sounding and, after appropriate approval, preparation of the deep foundation. Interfaces, construction process and scope of services according to specifications.
