The procurement concerns the provision of maintenance and repair services for industrial kitchen equipment to subscribers under the conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is primarily the after-sales service of electrolux equipment brands. The provider must be an authorized Electrolux service center. The purchase may also include maintenance services for other brands of equipment. The subscribers already have valid contracts for the maintenance of Metos and Dieta's industrial kitchen equipment.

The procurement is not divided into parts. The procurement will take the form of a framework agreement. A maximum of two (2) service providers will be selected for the framework agreement. Fewer than two service providers may be selected if fewer acceptable tenders are received.

The aim is that the actual contract period starts on 1.2.2023 and ends on 31.12.2023. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the possibility to extend the contract one year at a time if it so wishes, but no longer than two (1 + 1) option years. Possible option decisions are made separately at the end of the contract period.
