Framework agreement regarding cloud-based system solution "System" (personnel system and public web interface) for library activities intended for Dalsland libraries in Bengtsfors, Dals Ed, Färgelanda, Mellerud and Åmål. The system solution comes with a total commitment regarding operation, management and development.

Today, all municipalities use Axiell's system BOOK-IT with a cloud-based server Axiell. The public platform is Axiell Arena Nova.

In Dalsland there are seven (7) public libraries, thirteen (13) school libraries and one (1) book bus that is used by all Dalsland libraries.

The reasons why the procurement is not awarded in separate parts are because the majority of school libraries are run by public libraries.
